Its been more than 4 months since the first case of aH1n1 flu virus was reported in the Philippines and number of cases continue to increase. It was never thought then that the virus would reach our locality that fast. But just recently classes were suspended for 10 days or so in many private schools and public schools just so the infection will be contained. AH1N1 Virus is here in the Philippines! The Department of Health confirms that a female traveller from the United States who arrived last May 18, 2009 is positive of AH1N1 virus.The said traveller is now in quarantine along with her immediate household members to prevent transmission.
